ViaJet Pro Irrigator Review

Dental care professionals seem to view OraTec oral irrigators favorably as they are often recommended by dentists. ViaJet Pro is one of the most popular irrigators produced by OraTec. It is specifically designed for deep, subgingival irrigation. Its optional deep pocket attachment is an ultra slim tip that is long enough to reach under the gums and water floss down to the base of the deepest periodontal pocket.

At the same time, it offers all the benefits of standard oral irrigation. It can thoroughly clean all the tight spaces between teeth and under the gum line where a toothbrush and regular dental floss cannot reach. It removes bacteria causing plaque, as well as decaying food residue and debris before it develops into tartar. It massages the gums improving blood circulation, preventing gingivitis and periodontitis. It is suggested that everyday use of the ViaJet Pro irrigator is 50% more effective than toothbrushing alone, making it an essential tool for healthy teeth and gum maintenance.

The popularity of the ViaJet Pro model among dentists is partially due to the fact that it is reliably constructed using the same water pump OraTec installs in models used by professionals, without raising the cost of the appliance. The unit supports any irrigation solution, besides solutions that can corrode plastic materials, though I’m not sure why you’d be putting that in your flosser to begin with! Together with a number of original features and a new exterior design, the unit is a high quality dental care instrument.

The unit comes very highly recommended for orthodontic patients wearing braces. It works great in removing particles of food lodged in those places that are hard to reach. It is also recommended for gingivitis and periodontitis patients as it reaches deep below the gum line with the use of the specialized attachment. This is an optional, long and ultra slim adaptor. The basic Interplak comes with a total of four tips, two standard and two rubber tips. They are color coded in order to be distinguished by family members. They can be stored in the transparent flip-top tip storage lid.

The unit also offers a fingertip handle control with an instant on/off button, as well as a slider which ensures precise water pressure control – offering anything from a full stream to dribble. The water pressure can be adjusted infinitely, with setting from high through low. That is, 1,200 water pulses per minute through a delicate spray for inflamed gums. The tip storage is conveniently placed over the reservoir. The reservoir has a 500 ml capacity and is almost break-proof. It has variable measuring lines for conveniently mixing water with antimicrobial agents and irrigation solutions.

To add to its practicality, the Interplak water flosser has a wall mount option saving valuable countertop space. On top of this, it has internal cord storage to avoid excess cord lying around.

The ViaJet has an incredible 4.4 out of 5 star rating on Amazon, with most of the people who bought and use it claiming that they are very happy with their purchase and they mostly comment on efficiency and durability.

Interplak Swj1 Sonic Water Jet Review

The Interplak All-In-One Sonic Water Jet System produced and released by Conair is a domestic dental health care unit especially designed to help improve and preserve oral hygiene easily and quickly. The system claims to be very effective in cleaning bacteria and plaque and removes food residue away from all the places a toothbrush or dental floss can’t reach: around implants, splints and crowns, removable and fixed bridges and any kind of orthodontic appliances, while at the same time gently massages the gums.

Together with the water pulsation feature, the Interplak Sonic Water Jet System is the first water flosser system to provide an efficient sonic brushing action that revolutionizes traditional teeth cleaning techniques. With sonic technology it has managed to include three practices to one single appliance:

  1. Gum massaging,
  2. Water flossing, and
  3. Brushing.

Its unique design aids the maintenance of immaculate oral health in a pleasant, quick and effective way. No matter how composite one’s oral hygiene is, no matter how high one’s needs are, the Interplak manufacturers state that it will get the job done, despite the potential complexity of one’s dental work. As a result, the Interplak water flosser prevents gum disease and gingivitis by flushing away harmful bacteria without any risk of injuring the gums.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

The All-In-One release of the Interplak water flosser comes with a full set of tip supplies, specialized for each practice it has to offer, as well as for different areas of the mouth. Two of those are exclusive to this particular water flosser unit. These are:

  • The water jet tip – removes plaque and food debris between the teeth
  • The subgingival tip – designed to clean below the gum line
  • The tongue cleaner – flushes away bacteria that build up on the surface of the tongue and helps freshen the breath
  • The soft finger massager – an exclusive tip to provide the best gum massage
  • 2 full size brush heads – another exclusive to have everything you need in one appliance

Other features that Interplak has to offer include a 7-setting water pressure control, from gentle to strong, so one may choose the desired setting. It has a reservoir of large capacity to avoid constant refilling. It has a pause control on the handle in addition to the on/off button, as well as a sonic button that controls vibration.

The Interplak differs from other products currently in the market as it offers complete dental care rather than being a supplementary tool. Its’ exclusive specialized tips (the massage and brushing heads) can be used with or without water. Thus, the 4,500 water pulsations can be combined with 12,000 sonic movements.

Dental care professionals recommend multiple daily practices to maintain oral hygiene. Engaging in all of them requires the purchase of many different products, raising the costs, taking much countertop space, and time. The All-In-One Interplak combines flossing, brushing and massaging, which makes it cost-effective and convenient. Interplak costs as much as most regular, full sized water flossers, if not less.

With about 175 reviews, users on Amazon are generally happy with the product even after extended use, and give it a solid 4 stars.

Waterpik Waterflosser Cordless PLUS Review

More efficient and easier than dental floss, the Waterpik Waterflosser Cordless PLUS removes bacteria, plaque film and food debris between teeth and below the gum line. It has a dual water pressure control system that offers a pressure range from gentle to deep cleaning. It also has four specialized tips (similar to it’s big brother, the Waterpik Ultra). The cordless design provides convenience and flexibility.

The Waterpik Cordless Plus is a product of WaterPik, Inc., which since 1962 has been developing and manufacturing domestic oral health care merchandise. The company has gained worldwide recognition over the years among dental professionals.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

The Waterpik Cordless Plus Water Flosser claims to remove up to 99.9% of plaque from below the gum line and between the teeth, much more easily and efficiently than dental floss, when used correctly. It is highly recommended for all kinds of dental work, for individuals with:

  • crowns,
  • bridges,
  • implants,
  • braces, and more.

Waterpik is suggested to be used daily for at least a minute to effectively clean the treated areas, massage the gums and improve oral health overall. Results of a clinical study involving orthodontic patients revealed that Waterpik Cordless Plus is three times more successful in removing plaque and food residue than dental flossing and twice as successful in improving gum health in subjects wearing braces.

The dual water pressure control feature embedded in the device, allows controlling the pressure intensity depending on your personal preference. Depending on your needs you can choose a gentle or a forceful water pressure and everything in between. The appliance pushes the water outwards in a pulsating manner in order to stimulate and massage the gums, getting rid of plaque from areas that even regular flossing can’t reach.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

In addition, the four specialized tips ensure thorough cleaning of the entire mouth. The tips are:

  1. Plaque Seeker Tip,
  2. Orthodontic Tip,
  3. Classic Jet Tip, and
  4. Tongue Cleaner.

The Plaque Seeker Tip is a unique tip designed to eliminate plaque around dental work such as implants, crowns, bridges and other hard to reach places. The Classic Jet Tip gets the pulsating water below the gum line to improve the health of the gums. The Orthodontic Tip is ideal for the ones wearing braces as it was found to be probably the most competent plaque cleaner around braces. Finally, the Tongue Cleaner helps freshen your breath by removing bacteria that can accumulate on the tongue’s surface.

Another useful feature of this Waterpik is its cordless design that enables mobility. There are no extra costs involved and no need to replace the batteries. The built-in batteries are rechargeable. By using the enclosed charger between uses, you ensure that you never run out of power. As a result, this water flosser is much smaller than regular Waterpik units, thus taking much less space on the countertop (and ideal for travel). It comes with a two-year-warranty.

The cordless Waterpik has over 1,000 reviews on Amazon, so it is one of the most popular models, and has a modest 3.6 star out of 5 rating (I say modest because the regular Waterpik Plus Water Flosser has an incredibly high rating).

Be aware that there have been some issues with the power supply, causing a few units to stop working properly before too long. This means you may need to expect to be in touch with Waterpik and potentially make use of the warranty we spoke about earlier.

The majority of users, find it more effective and much more pleasant than flossing using a dental floss (no more bleeding gums!). Most recommend it as a travel unit rather than for everyday use.

What is a water flosser?

Alright, so we have given you a number of in depth reviews and our picks for the best water flossers out there, but if you’re just starting out and have never heard of water flossers or oral irrigators before, here’s where we get a bit historical and scholarly on you!

An oral irrigator, commonly referred to as a water flosser, dental water jet or water pick, is a device that removes bacteria causing plaque, plaque film and food residue from below the gum line and between the teeth, using a stream of water under pressure, usually pulsating. A typical water flosser consists of a handle with interchangeable tips from which the water comes out and it is attached to the main unit by a hose. The basic components of the main unit are the water reservoir and the motor pump that drives the water from the reservoir to the tip through the hose.

what is a water flosser
Water flossers are a great way to keep your mouth and teeth healthy, clean, and fresh!

The first oral irrigator devised as a home care water flossing product, was introduced in 1962, by two Fort Collins CO employees, an engineer and a dentist. The first Waterpik was then released in the market. Besides some adjustments made to reduce the noise of the motor pump, not many changes have been done to the original design. Early studies on the efficacy of oral irrigation at home yielded rather confusing results. Although gingivitis reduction by this new flossing method was indisputable, Waterpik showed little efficiency in removing plaque. As a consequence, the device did not gain the expected recognition and it was simply reserved for patients wearing braces or having other tooth positioning issues.

In the past few years however, there has been an increasing interest in daily oral irrigation at home. This led to the conduction of more than 50 scientific studies evaluating the effectiveness of current irrigation devices.

In accordance with original studies, evidence showed that daily use of water flossers is extremely helpful, much more than dental floss, in diminishing gingivitis and bleeding (particularly the top ranked model, the Waterpik Aquarius). At the same time, it was shown that irrigation is as effective in reducing plaque as dental floss after all. Test subjects included regular users, as well as orthodontic patients, patients with gingivitis, implants, crowns, etc.

A huge concern was the possibility of the pulsating water pushing the bacteria into the blood stream (bacteremia). This can be potentially dangerous, as it can cause an infection to major organs. Research showed no correlation between oral irrigation and bacteremia, at least no greater than flossing or toothbrushing. On the contrary, as home oral irrigation devices improve the health of the gums, the gums become tougher and are less prone to bleeding. As a result, it is more difficult for bacteria to be inserted into the blood stream. Furthermore, the use of antimicrobial agents diluted in the water of the reservoir has been found to enhance the outcome of the entire process.

In summation, a literature review on domestic oral irrigation products reveals a whole new way of flossing. Contemporary home units offer plaque and debris removal to the same degree, if not more, as traditional interdental cleaning practices like regular flossing, without the risk of damaging one’s gums. Quite the opposite, research suggests. A water flosser will gently clean under the gum line without scarring the tissue, without bleeding, while at the same time prevents gingivitis.

ShowerBreeze 3’ Hose Oral Irrigation Review

The ShowerBreeze 3′ Hose Oral Irrigator, as its name suggests, takes oral irrigation from the sink to the shower. Instead of water flossing over the bathroom sink, the ShowerBreeze provides the possibility of water flossing your teeth and gums while taking a shower. This is extremely convenient, as most complaints about home oral irrigation units have to do with the fact that water sprays all over the bathroom.

The device does not operate on electricity and it does not have a reservoir to refill. It is directly connected to the water supply though the shower faucet with the use of a valve. Water pressure is regulated by the valve’s handle. By switching the handle you can successively alternate between shower mode and oral irrigation mode. For maximum pressure you can turn the water completely to irrigation mode, though don’t worry – you can get it just right so you can still enjoy the warm water of the shower while you’re cleaning your teeth!

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

The installation procedure is pretty straightforward and does not require any tools. The valve must be positioned between the shower hose and the shower head.

  1. First, you remove the shower head.
  2. Then you add some plumber’s tape around the hose and screw the ShowerBreeze valve on it.
  3. Then in turn, cover the other side of the valve with some plumber’s tape and screw the shower head back on.

The valve is made of chrome plated brass. The grip and tip are connected to the valve through a hose. The tips come with dental recommendation. As soon as it is installed, it is ready to use, easily accessible giving you plaque free gums and teeth while you shower.

The ShowerBreeze oral irrigation system can be found in two versions depending on the length of the hose: the 3 feet version and the 6 feet version (you can find our review of the 6 foot version here). Both versions are as good in removing debris and plaque between the teeth and under the gums; however the manufacturer suggests that the 6 feet hose can be used in other ways as well, such as cleaning areas on one’s body that are hard to reach or for rinsing the shower walls. Some people also like the longer hose so that they can reach it out of the shower to do their teeth over the sink. The 3 foot version is a bit more manageable in terms of hose length. 6 feet hanging from your shower head can get in the way of some shower set ups.

Given that most people take a shower every day, the ShowerBreeze can prove to be particularly easy to use. A common excuse among people that don’t floss is that it is unpleasant and time-consuming. While other oral irrigation units cut down on the time and unpleasantness big time, the ShowerBreeze system means you don’t have to fill the reservoir and you don’t have to clean all the little bits and pieces in the same way, because this is a simple system. Furthermore, it is easy to make a mess by spraying water all over the countertop. None of the above is an issue with ShowerBreeze. You just simply extend your shower time by a couple minutes.

The device has over 300 customer reviews on Amazon and a 4.4 average rating. Most dissatisfied customers just had installation and leaking problems, which is more likely to be an issue with their shower head configuration or skills at basic plumbing than anything else.

The majority of the customers are happy with their purchase, and we’re pleased to recommend this version of the product (though feel free to look at the 6 foot version, too). They comment on all favorable aspects of the device mentioned above, as well as its price which is significantly lower than electric models. Overall, the ShowerBreeze oral irrigation system is a good deal.

Profloss 4190 Waterflosser Review

The ProFloss 4190 Waterflosser was designed for the fans of simplicity and practicality all combined with an eco-friendly touch. It is an idea based on elementary hydraulics. It claims to offer all the advantages of any other electric oral irrigator. It will get rid of debris and plaque causing bacteria that brushing failed to remove, while at the same time gently massage your gums. It is highly recommended for children and individuals wearing braces. It grants you a healthy smile and helps freshen your breath.

It is probably the simplest water flosser currently in the market. The design is pretty straightforward. Unlike most other water flossers, it is faucet powered. This means that it does not have a reservoir – it works with the pressure of the water coming directly from the tap. The aerator of the bathroom faucet is replaced by the ProFloss aerator. The ProFloss aerator fits most faucets with 15/16″ female faucet threads and 55/64″ male faucet threads, as it has both internal and external threads. Then, every time you wish to floss, you simply snap the hose of the flosser to the ProFloss aerator, turn the water on and you’re ready to go, provided you have the appropriate faucet.

Advantages of the Profloss 4190

First of all, it is environmentally friendly, which means that there is no need of a power source. As a result, there is no motor, thus no annoying noise. No use of batteries or a potentially dangerous electricity cord is required, making it safe for children to use. As it is directly connected to the water supply, it doesn’t have a reservoir that needs to be refilled. It is compact and lightweight and unlike other bulky oral irrigators, it creates no clutter on the countertop, which is a common complaint amongst water flosser users. It can be stored away, yet still be ready to use any time, as it attaches and detaches very easily. It has four pressure settings to meet all needs and all ages. Turning it on or off is as simple as turning on and off the faucet. Last but certainly not least, it is the cheapest water flosser in the market. With few parts and no electrical gadgets, ProFloss is most economical irrigator you can get. So, in terms of saving space, time and money, the ProFloss Waterflosser seems to have it all.

Even as inexpensive as it is, it still manages to get 4 out of 5 stars by real users on Amazon.com, and has over 125 reviews. This shows us that it passes the test of real life, and that it is a fairly popular choice for people in the market. To be fair, a few comments suggest that you get what you pay for, but if you’re just looking for an easy to use, no-frills tool to help with your oral hygiene, this is a good little unit.

ToiletTree Professional Rechargeable Oral Irrigator with high Capacity Water Tank Review

See our updated review of the 2015 version here.

ToiletTree’s Rechargeable Oral Irrigator was relaunched in August 2013 with a version 2.0. They took into consideration much of what their customers wanted changed from the first version and delivered with this model, including a larger water tank than the first version. They even offered free upgrades to people who were not happy with the first version, showing a real commitment to customer service and quality. They are willing to listen and improve upon products in a way that many other companies don’t seem to be able to do.

This is a great overall unit that hits on pretty much all of the major points.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

There are 3 settings, so while it does not rival the Waterpik‘s 10 pressure settings, it is a pretty good mixture from soft to normal to pulse mode. You should be able to find something that is comfortable for you, and you also get the versatility to change settings if you need to get out stubborn food, for example. It’s also helpful if there are multiple people using it, each with different preferences. We are big proponents of products having enough options to serve the most amount of people, as long as quality is not compromised.

The versatility is enhanced by the two interchangeable tips, or nozzles, which means if you’re buying this just for yourself, it improves longevity, but if you are using it as a couple, each of you can get a nozzle through which your teeth with be cleaned with your chosen pressure setting.

An important feature is actually in regards to the nozzles. They rotate fully with ease, simply by using your fingers to guide where you want it to go. This is much better than some of the competition. Some units make you have to move your hand or arm to get into all the hard to reach places. With this, it makes total sense and you don’t even have to think about where you need to move to next, because as you move it in your mouth, you simply guide the angle of the nozzle with your fingers.

The quality is great and as mentioned, the company actually cares about its products on a level that almost seems personal.

Keep in mind that rechargeable batteries eventually wear out and stop being able to hold a charge, but you should expect to get a few years out of them before needing a replacement.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

We don’t really understand the need for three different colors for a water flosser, but there you have it…the ToiletTree comes in:

  • White
  • Gray
  • Black

Perhaps we should just chalk that up to extra versatility!

This oral irrigator will do the job and doesn’t take up as much room as a corded counter-top unit, obviously. User after user is leaving it superb reviews on Amazon.com – it is currently sitting at a very high 4.5 out of 5 stars. People seem to be much happier with this unit than the first iteration, which, as we mentioned, the company saw flaws in and used customer advice to improve.

We approve of ToiletTree as a company putting out good products and giving good customer service, we like this unit in particular, and the reviews this thing gets make us very happy to recommend it to you if you are looking for a versatile unit for home or travel that does not take up a lot of space.

QuickBreeze – Dental Oral Irrigator Review

OralBreeze is an outstanding company, and this one of two units that made it onto our Top 5 list. The other, the ShowerBreeze, is a much larger, more intense unit that fits on your showerhead. The QuickBreeze has a very similar concept, only it is hooked onto your standard bathroom sink faucet.

The company is Veteran owned and operated and is, of course, American. We found out that they have a hugely positive reputation amongst customers thanks to their lifetime warranty and amazing customer service. Time after time, we heard about the company sending two extra parts, rather than just the one that was requested, for example. They also are friendly, helpful, and make it a joy to deal with them. We are huge fans of the company due to these reasons, but it really helps that they actually make a great product, too!

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

The QuickBreeze Oral Irrigator is very easy to install and even more simple to use. The company even says, “If you can turn on a faucet, you can have pink, healthy gums”. Sounds pretty easy, right?

Well, you attach the adaptor to your faucet, and then click the QuickBreeze valve into place, which is connected to the hose, which of course leads to the actual hand held ‘pik’. Simply turn on the water and you’re good to go! it’s so easy, that I think the company is right when they say that it’s so simple and quick that you will have no reason or excuse to miss a floss, unlike normal string-type dental floss.

This product comes with two different tips, so it’s great for one person for longevity, but works perfectly for a couple, as each person can have their own tip.

Users say that this is an incredibly well made unit that holds up for years. It’s quite different than having a rechargeable unit or a counter-top unit that takes up space and needs maintenance. Simply unclip this one when you’re done using it if you don’t want it taking up space under your faucet or on your counter, and it’s out of the way. The ease of installation makes this a real breeze.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

Keep in mind, too, that this is an ultra-quiet model, thanks to there being no motor or anything, like most of it’s competitors, particularly counter-top water flossers. If noise is an issue, this can be a great thing. Lots of the others can be rather noisy, and if you go to bed after others in your household, you don’t want to have to worry about waking them if you are going to do something as basic as flossing your teeth. Rest assured that this is quiet, but still gets the job done – just adjust the pressure with the tap and your silent flossing begins!

While it does not have many features or bells and whistles to talk about, we think the quality and the reviews speak for the product very well. Nearly 72% of users gave this a perfect 5 star rating, and overall it sits at a very good 4.4 out of 5 stars on Amazon.com. Go check it out, we really think you’ll be pleased you did.

ShowerBreeze w/ 6′ Hose Water Jet Dental Irrigator Review

OralBreeze is an excellent company, and we’re really happy to see that they’ve made our top 5 list not once, but twice (the other is the QuickBreeze, which is like the mini version of this unit). They’re an American company that is “Veteran owned and operated”. They offer lifetime warranties, and their customer service is legendary amongst customers, who rave about the hassle-free service they receive all the time.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

The ShowerBreeze is so simple to use, really easy to install, does the job, and allows for major convenience. There is a version with a 3 foot hose, but we really recommend getting the longer 6 foot hose just because it allows for maximum versatility. With this one, you can use it in the shower, as it is designed for, but because the hose is longer, you could stretch it out and use it over your bathroom sink, too, if you need to use it and it isn’t the right time to have a shower.

As mentioned, the point of this unit is for convenient use in the shower, to quicken your morning routine. You simply attach it to your showerhead and use an on and off valve to regulate the flow of water.

There are no fancy features to confuse you or clutter your bathroom. This is a simple unit made for one thing – to clean your teeth and to do it well. It comes with two tips, which either make it great for longevity (though that won’t matter thanks to the lifetime warranty), or perfect for a couple.

We found the simplicity and ease of use to be really nice compared to some of the other models with various buttons and switches and knobs. With this, there isn’t even any reservoir to fill up, obviously, as it takes water from the shower that you are likely already going to be having when using the ShowerBreeze.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

What really sold us on this was the way that the actual users of the product talked about it. On Amazon.com, for example, which we find to be an excellent and accurate way to judge a product’s quality and usefulness, reviewers have given it an incredible 4.6 out of 5 stars! That is tied for first in the review department in terms of water flossers. 73% of users gave it a perfect 5 star rating, too. Both of these numbers are amazing, and this dental irrigator does not disappoint.

If you’re looking for something simple, easy to use, but good at what it is supposed to do, you should certainly consider the ShowerBreeze option for your water flossing needs. It may be a bit different than any other model, but it will get the job done, and you just cannot beat the quality or the company!

Here’s a helpful link on how to install it on your showerhead.

Panasonic Oral Irrigator EW-DJ10-A Review

The Panasonic Oral Irrigator EW-DJ10-A might not have a cool, brandable name, but it is one of the best cordless, battery powered water flossers that we have found.

While perhaps not as power-packed as a counter-top unit when it comes to power or versatility, this is an excellent product to have if you’re on the go, if you simply do not want to be bothered by the larger footprint of a counter-top unit, or if you do not want to wait for a rechargeable unit to charge. With 2 AA batteries, the Panasonic water flosser is really easy to use and just needs a few seconds while you change the batteries before it is good to go again.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

This was definitely made for traveling, people on the go, and those who want to have a good oral irrigator to clean their gums and teeth sufficiently without taking up too much space, being too heavy, or requiring plugs that might not work in other countries (problem if you’re traveling from the States to Europe, for example).

It collapses down into small size that will easily fit into your travel bag (or purse). To use it, you simply pop it up, fill the base with water (it holds about 5.5 oz which isn’t a lot, so you might have to work quickly), click the nozzle into place, and turn it onto one of the two settings. Putting it away is just as simple, you simply click it back down, take the nozzle off, which is easily done with a tiny switch that you press down while removing the piece, and you’re done.

Now, while it does have the two different speed/pressure settings, as you might be able to tell, it isn’t that versatile when it comes to the actual cleaning job it does.  On the other hand, it is actually cleans really effectively.  You will feel clean, refreshed, and ready to go, so no complaints there. However, because it only has the one tip and two pressure settings, so you won’t be able to fine tune it to just the right setting for you.

>>Click Here to See Pricing, Ratings and Reviews on Amazon.com<<

Still, it’s surprisingly powerful, very compact, easy to travel with, and actually does the job it was meant to do, with no distracting bells and whistles to get in the way.

A very good 4.2 out of 5 stars on Amazon, with over 1500 4 & 5 star ratings.  As something totally different than our top choice, the Waterpik Aquarius, this is a great option and should do the job for you if you travel a lot, or if you just like the convenience and small size of the EW-DJ10-A.

We recommend you check this out, as it is one of the best travel and non-counter-top units we have found.  In addition, Panasonic has a great reputation for making great products.  Users agree, commenting on the durable build and versatile feature-set as major benefits.
